How can I find the best size for my eyeglasses?
The easiest way is to check the numbers printed inside the temple of your current glasses (e.g., 52-18-140). If you don’t have a current pair, you can measure your face width at home. Still not sure? Detailed instructions are available in our Size & Measurement Guide.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
First, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still haven’t received the confirmation email within 1 hour after placing your order, please contact us. We’ll quickly resend it or investigate the issue.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check your order status anytime by visiting Track My Order page and entering your tracking number.
How fast can VionGlasses dispatch my prescription glasses?
Most orders are crafted and ready to ship within 24 hours.
Our in-house production and stocked lens blanks allow us to begin manufacturing shortly after receiving your prescription. This is much faster than large online retailers that rely on centralized labs, which often take longer due to outsourcing.

What's the difference between Beta-titanium and pure titanium?
Pure titanium is strong but can bend permanently when force is applied. Beta-titanium, on the other hand, is highly flexible and has excellent “memory” — it snaps back to its original shape after bending.
This makes beta-titanium frames more durable and comfortable for everyday wear. Our premium titanium collecion frames use beta-titanium for superior performance. Discover the full comparison here.

How can I tell where my glasses are made?
Every VionGlasses frame proudly displays “Made in Korea” on the inside of the temple arm. We are fully transparent about our origin — all frames and lenses are expertly crafted by experienced opticians in Korea using high-precision manufacturing.
Is it worth paying extra for 1.74 High index lenses?
If you have a strong prescription (-6.00+ and higher), 1.74 high index lenses are worth the upgrade. They’re significantly thinner, lighter, and more comfortable than standard lenses, while reducing the “thick lens” look and small-eye effect common with high prescription glasses.
For people with high myopia or strong prescriptions, our 1.74 aspheric lenses improve both appearance and comfort while giving you more flexibility to choose stylish frames. Best of all, with VionGlasses, the upgrade is only $40 extra.

Can I wear stylish frames with a strong prescription if I choose 1.74 lenses?
Yes. With 1.74 high-index lenses, you’re no longer limited to small frames even with strong prescriptions. You can confidently wear slim, oversized, and fashion-forward styles.
We recommend pairing them with lightweight Titanium or TR90 frames for better balance. This combination keeps glasses thin, light, and comfortable for all-day wear. Explore our lightweight frames collection here.
