Shipping policy
1. Production Time
All prescription orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving a valid prescription and payment confirmation.
Should further information be required, we will reach out to you.
Our team meticulously quality inspects every order, ensuring they meet our standards before shipment.
2. International Shipping
We offer free express shipping on all orders, delivering to almost every country worldwide.
Please double‑check that your shipping information is correct as our team is not able to change the shipping address, nor can we reroute packages once shipped.
Estimated delivery time
On average 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.
The estimated delivery time includes lens processing time and shipping time.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to local delivery schedules.
Our office operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be prepared for shipment the following Monday.
3. Customs & Duties
For U.S. customers, orders under $800 are completely duty-free.
For non-U.S. customers, we use Global Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) to cover Customs Duty. Please note that local VAT/GST or carrier processing fees may still apply, as these are imposed by your country’s authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.
While Customs Duty is fully covered, local taxes and fees vary by country, and your local authorities or courier may contact you regarding any applicable charges once your order arrives.
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or lost, do not hesitate to contact us at vionglasses@gmail.com and we will assist you immediately.
5. Refunds policy
Due to their custom-made nature, VionGlasses does not accept returns or exchanges on prescription lenses and frames unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds on manufacturing defects
- Please check your glasses upon arrival and let us know immediately if they're faulty.
- Our customer service team will reach out directly for photos of the defective glasses.
- If a manufacturing error is found after inspection, we'll process your refund within 30 days.

- Damage caused by unexpected force or accidental mishandling is not eligible for a refund.
- Colors can appear differently depending on your screen's resolution and brightness.
