Due to their custom-made nature, Vion does NOT accept returns or exchanges on prescription lenses and frames unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund on manufacturing defects
- Please check your glasses upon arrival and let us know immediately if they're faulty.
- Our customer service team will reach out directly for photos of the defective glasses.
- If a manufacturing error is found after inspection, we'll process your refund within 30 days.
- Slight left and right asymmetry is part of the design and not considered a defect.
- Damage caused by unexpected force or accidental mishandling is not eligible for a refund.
- Colors can appear differently depending on your screen's resolution and brightness.
