Due to their custom-made nature, Vion does NOT accept returns or exchanges on prescription lenses and frames unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Our team meticulously quality inspects every order, ensuring they meet our standards before shipment.

Refund on manufacturing defects

  1. Please check your glasses upon arrival and let us know immediately if they're faulty.
  2. Our customer service team will reach out directly for photos of the defective glasses.
  3. If a manufacturing error is found after inspection, we'll process your refund within 30 days.
  • Slight left and right asymmetry is part of the design and not considered a defect.
  • Damage caused by unexpected force or accidental mishandling is not eligible for a refund.
  • Colors can appear differently depending on your screen's resolution and brightness.
